Exchanges and returns

Withdrawal / Repentance: the term is up to 7 (seven) days from receipt of the product (according to Article 49 of the Consumer Defense Code);
Technical or manufacturing defect: the term is 90 (ninety) days from receipt of the product (according to Art. 18 and Art. 26 of the Consumer Defense Code);
Damage: In this case, refuse the product at the time of delivery or request the exchange or return within 24 hours from the receipt of the product;
Product in disagreement with the request made: refuse the product at the time of delivery or request the exchange or return within 7 (days) of receipt of the product (according to Art. 49 of the Consumer Protection Code).

The product will only be exchanged or returned if it is in the following conditions: No signs of damage due to misuse and all items included in the packaging.
